Mustafa joined our firm as a litigation associate after completing both his summer term, and his articles of clerkship with Scocco Law. Mustafa is passionate about civil litigation, particularly in the business and consumer context, and enjoys zealously advocating for his clients.
Mustafa has become highly skilled during his articles at building client relationships. He takes the care to explain the legal process to his clients step by step, and takes time to keep them informed at every stage. Mustafa is meticulous in forming his arguments, and his clients enjoy the thoroughness of his thought process. His goal is to alleviate his client’s stress, and make their experience with the legal system as smooth as possible.
Prior to law school, Mustafa had worked at various firms around Toronto as a legal assistant and process server, which cemented his passion for the law. He also operates a business helping students excel in their applications to law school. In addition to English, Mustafa is also fluent in Farsi, Dari, Urdu, and Pashto, and has no problem communicating with clients in any of these languages if they prefer.
